Joomla can't find file jos_session.frm or MySQL Can't read dir (errno: 13)
If you find an Error message containing one of
If you receive a line of output containing the directory where your MySQL process
is Resident you can proceed to change the Ownership.
First select the MySQL Path but "/bin/mysqld", copy it and then paste in this:
Example:
If your path contains also the MySQL version number you should have also a symbolic link from this one to a "mysql" dir and you will need to change ownerships also to this second one.
After you should check you are able to login as mysql user by:
Now as mysql user you can stop and restart the mysql server:
- "Can't find file" ... "jos_session.frm"
- MySQL Can't read dir ... (errno: 13)
- Incorrect MySQL Directory Ownership
- MySQL server Started by Wrong User

Come installare un Nuovo Template in Joomla 1.5
Una volta Scaricato il tuo Template <b>Assicurati Innanzitutto che non sia Doppiamente zippato</b>
Apri ed unzippa il file e Guarda dentro la Cartella se ci Trovi altri file zippati...
Se fosse così provvedi quindi ad Installare assieme al Template anche i vari Annessi .zip
Per installare il Template e gli altri eventuali Moduli e Plugins procedi nel seguente modo:
1) Apri ed Accedi al tuo "administrator" sito
2) Seleziona >Estensioni --> Installa/Disinstalla
3) Esegui i seguenti:
a) Browse e Trova il tuo Template
b) Clicca su "Upload ed Installa"
Una volta Installato riceverai un Messaggio di "Install Template Success"
Se il processo non dovesse arrivare a completarsi provvedi a Copiare manualmente il file
del Template nella cartella <b>/tmp</b> ritorna indietro nel Browser e Riprova l'Installazione

So just try to Unzip it and look inside... If inside you don't find any other zipped files you can use your originally downloaded else provide to install the unzipped file you will find inside the folder.
Now you can provide to Install the Template and eventually associated Plugins...
